CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for store credit due to the fixed overhead costs and limited class numbers available for each session.

CLASS OR WORKSHOP CANCELLATION

Workshops and classes may be cancelled if minimum enrolment numbers are not met. Participants will be notified one week prior to the start date of the course and will receive a voucher or a full refund if the course is cancelled.

FIRING OF YOUR VESSEL
Please note that pottery, by its very nature, is delicate and is susceptible to cracking while firing. One of the main reasons cracks form in pottery is often due to the differences in thickness of different parts of the piece. We will do everything we can during classes to avoid that!
